The window over the sink was replaced as was the hardwood flooring.

This kitchen had to be completely rebuilt after years of water damage due to a slow leak.

The floor had buckled and the entire exterior wall had to be torn down and reconstructed.

This was a minor upgrade to a rental property. The stove was relocated and an exhaust fan installed through the roof.

The stove was against the side wall with no counters to set things down.
